1. DESIGN ANALYSIS & ESTIMATE
Our team of engineers and estimators begin by reviewing your print, analyzing the details of your project, and offering an estimate.
2. CONTRACT REVIEW / ORDER DETAILS CONFIRMED
Our entire team weighs in on the details of your project, from scheduling, engineering, estimating, management, quality, and purchasing to present you with a composite plan for your order. We can assist you in developing PFMEA documentation as well as supporting your 510K requirements. Discuss and confirm these details with us during the Design Transfer, and then we get to work.
3. PROJECT LAUNCHED
Once the contract has been confirmed and acknowledgment sent, work begins. Materials are ordered, and your project is released to the floor.
Your pieces are created in our state-of-the-art facility, and undergo numerous inspections on the floor throughout the process. Our extensive machinery gives Unity a breadth of capabilities.
